CHEGAMOS EM FOZ DO IGUAÇU!! / WE ARRIVED AT FOZ DO IGUAÇU

Bom dia a todos! Chegamos a Foz do Iguaçu, cidade localizada à margem do Rio Paraná, próxima ao encontro com o Rio Iguaçu, na fronteira com o Paraguai e Argentina. É uma das cidades brasileiras mais visitadas por turistas de todo o mundo!!


Chegamos agora, depois de quase 26 horas de viagem e duas paradas técnicas para descanso e segurança, para não fazermos viagens noturnas. Paramos em Araçatuba e Corbelia! Saímos de Belo Horizonte dia 02 de Abril com 10 estudantes de diversas partes do Brasil, e no caminho tivemos dois outros embarques: Uberaba (onde também embarcou nossa chaperone representante do distrito 4770, Adriana Chuffi Rodrigues) e Araçatuba. Apesar desse tempo grande de viagem, nem notamos as horas passarem; assistimos muitos filmes e DVDs de outras viagens, escutamos musica e curtimos bastante! Tivemos também ontem em Corbélia a Orientação Geral da viagem, na qual passamos várias dicas de como aproveitar melhor o tempo, cuidar da saúde dentre outras informações importantes e muito úteis aos estudantes. Também tivemos a comemoração do meu aniversário!!! Ganhei muitos presentes e carinho de todos os estudantes e coordenação: VALEU!!! Dois estudantes ainda vieram direto para Foz, fechando o grupo dessa primeira parte da viagem!

Daqui a pouquinho vamos visitar outro País: A Argentina! Vamos visitar as Cataratas no Parque Nacional Del Iguazú.

Hoje oficialmente começa nosso fantástico tour a essa região do Brasil! Mando mais noticias assim que possível!

Good morning to everyone! We are in Foz do Iguaçu, a town located on the border of Paraná River, next to the place where it finally meets the Iguaçu River, where Paraguay and Argentina bounders Brazil. It is one of the most visited cities in Brazil by the tourist from all over the world.


We just arrived here, after about 26-hours road trip and two nights at hotels on our way here not only to rest, but to the safety off all of us because we do not travel at night! We stopped at Araçatuba and Corbélia! We left Belo Horizonte on April 02nd, with 10 students from all over, and on the way we had other people boarding in Uberaba (including our Chaperone Adriana Chuffi Rodrigues from District 4770) and Araçatuba. Although such a long trip, we didn’t see time passing by; we watched many movies and DVDs of other trips, and listen to a lot of music! Yesterday at Corbélia we had have our General Orientation for this trip, when gave many tips on how to spend the time better, take good care of the health and other important and useful information for the students. There we also celebrated my birthday!! I received lots of gifts and hugs from the students and the coordinators: THANKS A LOT!! We have two other exchange students that came straight to Foz, and arrived here this morning too. Our group now is closed to this first part of the trip!

In a bit, we are visiting another country: Argentina! We are going to visit the falls at the National Park of Iguazú.

Officially today we start our tour through this part of Brazil! I will send you more news as soon as possible!
